NONTOX® Powder Rapid Access Developer/Replenisher
Patented nontox® developer technology is unique in what it does not contain--SARA III hazardous chemicals. This means that users and the environment are not exposed to hydroquinone, and other hazardous chemicals.
Hydroquinone-free developer technology offers additional benefits in powder form: there is no OSHA-regulated hydroquinone dust to worry about! Immersing containers into the water when dispensing, to eliminate dust, is not necessary. There is also no hydroquinone to react with other chemicals in the container, which would require expensive and arduous separate packaging to prevent product degradation.
Powder Rapid Access Fixer
Grafkem's powdered rapid access fixer is a highly concentrated, rapid-clearing, true electrolytic rapid fixer. Because it contains special agents and is highly buffered, it provides excellent throughput and consistent results when used in demanding inline silver recovery applications.
The Mixer
Grafkem Corporation is proud to import and distribute a line of chemical mixers from Technik Und Design TUD Engineering GmbH of Germany. These thoughtfully designed and carefully manufactured units have been used successfully throughout Europe for over a decade. The sleek, state-of-the-art, microprocessor-controlled units complete the Grafkem NONTOX® Powder System, and ensure precise, fresh batches of chemistry every time.
The proven design features a magnetically coupled stirrer that eliminates solution contact with critical components and reduces the chance of possible damage due to rough use. The microprocessor "brain" is logical and redundant. Since it can only operate one way, it is virtually impossible to "fool" the machine.
The product line includes individual PM20 units that have a 20 liter capacity. The LPM40 System features developer and fixer tanks integrated into one unit. Each tank also has its own 5 liter "buffer" tank.
